Q: Where are you based?

A: We're happily based in Florida but our suppliers are based domestically and internationally.

 

Q: How does shipping work?

A: Shipping is free sitewide for any order sent via the "economy" shipping option, but you are able to pay extra for faster shipping times (note: processing times are an uncontrollable factor). Processing and shipping times vary between approximately 4-30 days depending on the item, supplier, and potential uncontrollable shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a small business that values efficiency and quality but unfortunately can't consistently offer 2-day shipping (it's expensive AF) like some large businesses - you know who they are!

 

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided as soon as we receive it from the carrier.

 

Q: What if I need to return something?

A: Please refer to our Return Policy page.

 

Q: Are all the designer brand items authentic?

A: Yes, we only work with established and trusted suppliers to acquire designer brands. All the designer products sold at Little Vixen Boutique are 100% authentic. We only work with suppliers who have been directly working with the brands themselves for over 10 years. All designer items will arrive with proof of authenticity depending on the item (i.e.: authenticity cards, designer box, dust bag, and/or a sanitized invoice). Our designer brand suppliers are based out of California, New York, and Italy, and they complete a thorough and detailed check before shipping us inventory.
