Most of our products can be returned for free within 7 days as long as they have not been worn. All official returns must be initiated through the customer service email, and any returns initiated through social media or the chat bot will not be considered. However, returns and refunds for designer brands will be issued as a store credit, and designer items must be returned unused/undamaged within 7 days of the date of purchase including all proof of authenticity items (i.e.: authenticity cards, designer box, dust bag, and/or sanitized invoice). FREE RETURNS (Non-Designer Items)
- We will accept all authorized returns for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs).
- Again, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and only the retail cost of the item will be refunded.
- All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise via the customer service email.
- Once approved we will generate the FREE prepaid mailing label, we will email you with the label attached.
- Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
- You will have 24 hours to mail the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
- If the item is not mailed within 24 hours, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
- The items must be returned unused and undamaged. If not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
- Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
